Compare UI data with exported PDF and HTML

Hi All - Can we compare UI data with exported PDF and HTML with Selenium Web Driver using JAVA.
Note: UI data is not in same format as of PDF and HTML.
For Example: PDF/HTML displays the data which has been extracted from three / four different UI pages
