Command line server for IE Driver has stopped working

Hi,

I am getting this "Command Line Server for IE Driver has stopped working" error quite often now. Checked whole bunch of solutions provided but doesnt work like editing Registry, adding new key there TabProgressGrowth etc

I am using Windows 7 32 bit operating system with IE11

Please suggest what needs to be done
