Please help me

-->Get all Admin names whose name start with P.
-->How many records have the string kumar in their
   first name.
-->Number of persons having experience 3 years.
-->number of persons with years of exp beteen 2 and 5
   years.
-->sum of years of exp of the users whose password is
   blank
