nth chatacter in password

Hi,

I have to automate random password fields for a banking application using selenium. Can you please tell how we can handle random password in selenium ide?

the password field display is as per the layout mentioned below. For eg the password is 11223344aa

enter the below password

eg1

text                          field

2nd character           1

4th character             2

9th character             a

eg2

text                          field

1st character           1

3rd character           2

10th character          a

above fields keeps changing every time the customer logs in so how can I manage the correct character  is entered in the fields during login using selenium
