to Selenium Users

Hey,

I am new to Selenium and practicing to select elements from dropdown. I added using OpenQA.Selenium.Support.UI; which still shows greyed out and when I use SelectElement it shows error. I am using Visual Studios 2017 for C#. Now I know select tag is required this to work and I do have that in the website code. I am not sure why this is not working. I would really appreciate any help.
