Any luck resolving this?  i seem to be having this same issue

I am having the same problem too.  I have tried shutting down my firewalls as this
type of error is dealing with connections.  Please post if you have found a solution.

Hi there,

I had two very similar issues about the same time. Unfortunately I cannot recall what resolved each but the two solutions were: 1. i had to save the driver in a differnt location.  this was due to a network policy locally.  I discovered the cause via command line which gave a more meaningful error message.  2. i ended up having to use the chrome driver. i suppose 2. is not so much a resolution as a work around.  let me know how you go.  good luck
