Selenium IDE : Echo

I am new to selenium....

I have used a simple recording and in that i have tried to use
echo...and once i play the test its coming like this..

# [info] Executing: |click | //div[@id='sele']/div[2]/div/div/div[7] |
|
# [info] Executing: |echo | | printing|
# [info] echo:

i used echo in IDE like,
command : echo
value: printing

Is this the correct way to giving the echo in IDE??
Sorry if it is a bad question or silly question

          echo command is used to print stored text.
         

      | storeLocation | here | |
      | echo | ${here} | http://www.google.com |

Okey...so like if i need to store a value in to a variable. like so
wat will be the code will come???

# [info] Executing: |store| //div[@id='slenium']/div/div | output|
# [info] Executing: |echo | output | |
# [info] echo: output

its coming like this. but not printing the value...

       Check that out. In this case it printing True.
       Otherwise it will print the content that you have provided.
