Getting error while running the code in Eclipse - firefox 43.0.4 , Selenium 2.53.0

Hi Guys ,

i am getting the following error when running my code , Please help me resolve this .

i have added the external jar files to project Selenium-standalone 2.53.0 , selenium-java-2.53.0 and selenium-java-srcs-2.53.0
