Archives of Older Versions of Selenium WebDriver for Python [Download Site??]

Hello,

I am in need of determining a URL for previous version of Selenium WebDriver for Python.  In my environment, "pip" is not installed, nor connecting to the internet is not a option to obtain updates as normally found in other environments.  I must obtain a site where I can download a file *.py of a previous version (particularly 3.5.0).  I have looked all over to find a archive site.   Please advise next steps.
