SnapsIE and IE HTA

Hi,

Does anyone know why SnapsIE is only supported for proxy injection mode? With the latest changes I've made to SnapsIE, it seems things work fine with IE in HTA mode (I had to patch this in, too, of course). But, I'm not familiar with the context as to why it was disabled to begin with, so it's hard to say if I've properly accounted for everything.

It simply wasn't working before in HTA :P Well, at least I got stuck

But if you've got it working - fantastic! We should enable it for HTA
when we next release a "stable" package for it, documenting the new
version requirement.
