Is there anywhere to get the beta in python now?
Or do we need to build it ?
Nothing visible on pypi

3.0 of python will be the same thing as the current 2.53.X versions. The thing that will mainly change is the Java standalone-server. So if you don't use webdriver.Remote, there's not going to be any changes that affect you. If you do use webdriver.Remote, then you'll want to grab the latest server and test against that:

The latest python client built from the master branch can be found here: http://ci.seleniumhq.org:8080/job/build_python/lastSuccessfulBuild/artifact/

As Luke says, there's really not much difference between a 3.0b build and 2.53.x of the python client. One notable difference is that Marionette is enabled by default when instantiating a Firefox driver instance.
