Environment: svn revision 790 apache and mysql running on win xp

I couldn't run any java test case with the latest versin of svn. And i found that seleniumserver_controller.php is sending command to selenium rc and i changed this php file to the version of bromine 3 rc 1 version which is distributed on site.
I catched from logs bromine wants to execute this command:

The following is the error which i get from bromine:

It sends to localhost:80 on purpose. That is where we store the commands in the DB.
