first example on http://ivaynberg.github.io/select2/ should mention optgroup

I think too few people know about the optgroup tag, so it's confusing that the first timezone example on http://ivaynberg.github.io/select2/ uses optgroups on the left, but they aren't mentioned anywhere in the source code to the right...
