Unable to load plugin

A user of mine is not seeing the plugin load (listed in plugins UI, but not allowing account adding, etc.).  Here's a log snippet. I'm assuming this means that an existing plugin is loaded which has already loaded a version of the SDK binaries (and older ones) which then my app cannot bind to.
