It looks like that http://www.secularsrilanka.com is does not work
only when accessed within Sri Lanka via SLT ADSL. This could be a
transient issue and could be due to a mistake done with filtering of
sites by SLT. Can our group members help to identify the issue by
trying to access this site and then letting the group know if it
succeeded or not and if failed whether you used SLT ADSL connection.

Having the same problem. I had to use ninjacloak to access the site. Is SLT being pressured into blocking it?
