Hi Murray and fellow secr-users,

Potentially going to ask the simplest question on here ;) How do I stop the following warning message when using plot.capthist with tracks=TRUE?

track for repeat detections on same occasion joins points in arbitrary sequence

I couldn't see this referenced in the help file (or on here), apologises if I have missed something obvious.

Alternatively, this could be an Rmarkdown chunk command (tried setting warnings=FALSE and that didn't help. Would prefer a solution within plot.capthist rather than using suppressWarnings()).

Thank you,

Jo

It's a true 'warning' so can be suppressed like any other. I think the message is suppressed in RMarkdown if the chunk has warning=FALSE (not warnings=FALSE). Small difference!

Ah! Thanks Murray! The typo of an ’s’ and my world is good again.

Most appreciated (was expecting a simple fix, but geez...!).
