stylesheet issue (windows server) after update 6.0.7

I have made the 6.0.7 update and since then I have no more formating on web page.

any fix possible please?

(i only saw some answers on nginx and apache)

i have this in browser console:

:8000/accounts/login/?next=/:17 Resource interpreted as Stylesheet but transferred with MIME type text/plain: "http://(my_private_server)/media/assets/css/bootstrap.min.b00faad199b5.css".

:8000/accounts/login/?next=/:18 Resource interpreted as Stylesheet but transferred with MIME type text/plain: "http://(my_private_server)media/css/seahub.min.css?t=1482456805".
