Need some help with seafile please?

I cant seem to download or upload via mobile clients but can via windows desktop since last update.
Also Im trying to migrate from sqlite to mysql on seafile server windows. I followed the guide in the seafile manual exactly but using mysql workbench but after i go through the steps seafile no longer connects. I have the tick on system tray icon.
I get http error 502.3 which is apparently to do with reverse proxy or arr but i cant seem to find the settings for arr in server 2012 r2.
