Hello.
We had a seafile installation (which lived for some time on its own, v. 3.0.0) in VZ container.  But after recent server restart after maintenance I see a lot of errors  in seafile.log:
[07/07/14 18:11:43] ../common/mq-mgr.c(60): [mq client] mq cilent is started
[07/07/14 18:11:43] ../common/mq-mgr.c(106): [mq mgr] publish to hearbeat mq: seaf_server.heartbeat
[07/07/14 18:11:43] listen-mgr.c(108): listen on port 12001 for block tranfer
[07/07/14 18:12:56] repo-mgr.c(593): Commit ec94d1bb726cc73ea37becde3390d46cb9428dc0 is missing
[07/07/14 18:12:56] repo-mgr.c(593): Commit 8cb537c4b892e193e34a024118e365bb0279eaf4 is missing
...

Perhaps, I killed seafile daemon on server shutdown.
Now seafile comes up, but most files and libraries are missing.
They are present at storage (at least they consume space, but I don't see them in Web UI).

Is there any way to restore the data?

Is there any way to debug this issue? Are there some tools to extract files from corrupted seafile repository?

At least I've found out that sef-fuse allows me to see the data. So, it seems only some metadata is corrupted. Does someone have any ideas if I can restore it?

It seems finally I've found the reason - before reboot seafile worked as root for some (rather long) time and files created then are not accessible to www-data...
