emacs key-bindings?

anyone have emacs key bindings or a hint at how to get started on some?

Hey,

There isn't a set currently defined for you. For some of the more elaborate incantations we need some support from the underlying editor component (they are working on it). For the basics you can just rebind them yourself for now (by clicking them in the help panel). Those changes will then persist in a .scriptedrc folder in your home directory. If you do come up with a good set, perhaps share them via a github issue?

I'm a vi guy and am waiting on them to add some more configurability to the orion editor before I build the vi mode.

thanks guys, yeah, i'm used to emacs key bindings, but i usually stick to the basics v anything too elaborate.

it turns out many of my faves are already there on the mac ;)

one notably absent is ctrl-y(ank) which is supposed to retrieve what is in the 'cut buffer' as placed there by ctrl-k(ill) or ctrl-w(ipe)...

any idea if that is possible...?

also ctrl-d(elete) which deletes the character to the right of the cursor...
