1. Candidate should be a high-performing test expert on Facets Product having the ability to train
and mentor other test analysts on different Facets Product Modules as needed.
2. 7 to 10 years of experience in Core Functionalities of Facets which includes Membership, Provider
Management, Claim Processing, Billing, Plan/Product, NetworX Pricing, Customer Service and
Utilization Management Modules
3. Strong knowledge of the FACETS Data Model
4. Strong knowledge on Facets Architecture which includes Upstream and Downstream systems
5. Strong knowledge on different EDI transactions.
6. Strong technical and testing skills - Knowledge of various software testing strategies and
approaches
7. Requires little supervision, self-starter that can work independently and collaboratively, while
remaining effective at reporting status on tasks daily
8. Very detail oriented
9. Strong communication skills - Ability to communicate and document status and complex issues
effectively
10. Strong documentation skills – Ability to create clear, concise, detailed project artifacts that meet
the standards of the Software Quality Management process
11. Ability to work in Onsite – Offshore model.
12. Responsible for all the deliverables in the project. Consolidate project status in Weekly status
reports that are shared to client

1. Working knowledge on Black-Box Testing following the Waterfall model, V model and Agile
Methodology as well.
2. Working experience on Facets test data creation.
3. Working Knowledge on different EDI files creation (834, 837, 837, 270,271,276,277 etc)

taking proper measure to improve identified process
7. Working knowledge on Test Estimations
8. Working Knowledge on ALM as part of Test Management activities
