Setting proxy-user and proxy-password

Hello there,

I'm trying to use a proxy that require the use of user and password being passed.
Actually, I don't know how to do it using Scrapy, Does anyone know how can I do this?

FYI, this is the wget command used to download the page using the proxy cited above:

wget --proxy PROXY_HOST:PROXY_PORT --proxy-user USER:PASS "URL TO BE CRAWLED"
