Scrapy Splash content-type missing in HTTP POST

I am seeing the following error when using splash on a page that send several post requests.

splash_1 | content-type missing in HTTP POST, defaulting to application/x-www-form-urlencoded. Use QNetworkRequest::setHeader() to fix this problem.
