Can I use scapy inside a django project?

I really want to know if I can use  full functionality of scrapy inside django apps and projects, any help and answer will be appreciated.

I've made a separate project for this, it is not full functionality though:

If you just want to store data scraped with Scrapy in Django, you can use

Scrapy's DjangoItem:
