Plugins not coming up after restarting scm-manager stop /start

I have an installation of scm-manager 1.33 in a rhel server.

i am running scm-manager as a daemon.

unzipped scm-server-1.33-app.zip

cd scm-manager/bin

./scm-manager start

It's all working fine.

After i installed the plugins, I restarted scm-manager by

./scm-manager stop

./scm-manager start

However, I do not see my plugins after the restart.

Is there anything else i should do?

I found that its a JAVA_HOME issue and i could fix it now.
