Introduction to create development environment for the scm manager

Hello,

we that means a colluege and me at the company we are working for, try at the moment to create a development environment for the scm-manager but after we make a copy the sources via sourcetree from this URL:

https://bitbucket.org/sdorra/scm-manager/src

we get the error I attached to this posting by trying to import it to eclipse. And now I hoping that someone here has a introduction how I need to configure eclipse and maven so that the import works

We would very thankful for every hint because at the moment we have no idea why this don't work.
