proxying with a preexisting tomcat

Hi all,
first of all I would thank the team for scm manager, it is a great application.
However, we have a problem. We run scm manager on a preinstalled tomcat server (only the .war file)
We would like to proxy the thing to our webserver
redirection server:8080/scm-manager-<version> to server/scm to facilitate updates. We followed the instructions in the wiki but we can not find server-config.xml
How do we configure the proxy ?
