Ruby extension for SymEngine so far

Hi everyone,

I have had some progress with my project 'Ruby bindings for SymEngine C++ symbolic manipulation library' so far with help from my mentor and team-mates, and I wanted to share it with you! I have written a blog post summarising it till now, along with the features available and soon to come at
