Now:

* buy SSL certificate

March 1 (time TBD):

* Export data from heroku.

* Take down new scirate.

(Scirate is down between the time we export from heroku scirate and import into new scirate.)

* Replace heroku version w app that redirects to scirate.com

(There is no DNS entry for scirate.com right now (there is for www.), so that redirect won't result in redirecting back to the heroku app.)

* Import data to new scirate 

* Bring up new scirate.
