Long term Scintilla 3.7.6 released

A 3.7.6 release of the LongTerm3 branch has been made. It is marked in mercurial with the tag rel-3-7-6 and can also be downloaded from the long term page.

It contains 2 changes from 3.7.5:
6336: Baan lexer changes number highlighting.
6312: Fix bug on Cocoa when retrieving encoded bytes.
The long term branch avoids using any C++ features from C++14 or later.
Its success will depend on contributions from those that need to use systems which require older C++ compilers or runtimes.
