Scintilla 3.6.6 released

Scintilla 3.6.6 is now available from the scintilla.org web site.

Scintilla 3.6.6 is a bug fix release concentrating on GTK+.

C++ 11 <regex> support is built by default. Can be disabled by defining NO_CXX11_REGEX.

GObject introspection supports events.
