Scintilla 3.7.4 is now available from the scintilla.org web site.

Scintilla 3.7.4 updates target requirements.

A C++11 compiler is now required. GCC 4.8, Visual C++ 2015, Xcode 8.2, and Clang 3.9 are supported.

The Win32 platform layer no longer supports Windows NT 4.0.

A performance regression on GTK+ caused by the accessibility support has been greatly improved by using some additional memory. Accessibility support can be disabled with SCI_SETACCESSIBILITY on GTK+.

On Cocoa, a regression which disabled the accented character picker was fixed and OS X 10.9 is again supported.

An ‘indent’ language was added which lexes as plain text and folds based upon indentation. The Progress ABL, Python, and VHDL lexer/folders were updated.

Other changes were made and bugs fixed. A detailed list of changes is available on the history page.
