Historic Incompetence: Trump Agrees to Summit with Kim Without Even Telling His Sec of State

To do such a thing without telling anyone
at all in his administration first, without
seeking any advice whatsoever, is the
penultimate example of shear ignorance,
irresponsibility and arrogance.

We can easily see what is going to happen.
Trump is desperate for a win, of any kind.

So Trump will give away the farm and only
receive a trivial concession from Kim, while
crowing like a rooster what a great job
he did. Just like with his China visit.

Or, Trump will call Kim all sorts of nasty
names, Kim will walk away and Trump will
be forced to...attack N Korea to save face.

Either way it'll be a fucking nightmare of
a disaster for America.

But Trump doesn't care about that, he cares
about making himself look good enough to
make everyone forget about his now countless
scandals.

Gotta hand it to Trump though, he's found
a way around the law and ethics. By breaking
so many laws and rules of ethics in such
a short time no one could possible investigate
and prosecute even a fraction of them.

"I am the only one who matters" Trump
actually believes he knows more than everyone
about everything, that only his opinion matters,
and that he is always right.

Such men always destroyed by their own
arrogance. The tragedy is those innocents
who are destroyed along with them.

You complain because he's antagonizing the NORKS. You complain when
he agrees to not do that and actually talk to them. The Secretary of
State works for the President, not the other way around. Don't look
now but your TDS is showing (again).

following trumps policy of changing his mind on any subject at least
three times and then capping it with some sort of denial, I somehow
doubt he will meet Kim, unless it's to gather intelligence on how to run

Ya, who needs the State Dept with diplomacy, who
needs the FBI with law enforcement, who needs
the Pentagon with war plans.

Trump, the stable genius, can take care of it all
by his lonesome, and without any advice at all
oh except for Judge Jeanine and Jared.

Trump just said N Korea wants to denuclearize.
And fairies wear boots~

He's desperate for a win to deflect from the
investigations. Hope Hicks, his closest confidant
resigns on Feb 28th, the next day Trump launches
his trade war.

Donald Trump is no Ronald Reagan. But I'm not surprised
you think so.

And if Trump agrees to a deal with N Korea without
checking with his staff first? Do you think Reagan
would do such a thing?

You support Trump like Trump supports Putin, by
only saying positive things about him while
at the same time saying he's a bad man.

That's called, and I'm putting it nicely, hypocrisy.

You make your feelings clear about Trump in many
ways and for you to claim otherwise is just plain
being dishonest.

But lying is Trump's middle name, so his followers
believe lying is a good thing too.

N Korea has been trying to get a face to face with
America for decades, Trump is the first President
to agree without preconditions.

That's a concession by Trump, a big one. He's
legitimized Kim and given him the world stage
and standing he covets.

If Kim walks away, he wins. Trump is so desperate
for a win, not to mention grossly incompetent, he'll
give away the farm or get us into the biggest war
since 1950.

A war that will cause a world wide depression and
cost us all our homes and savings, like George W
did as he left office.

Well, not so much. And it didn't 'collapse'. It was torn down. Does
the phrase "Mr Gorbachov, tear down this wall" ring any bells for you?

All that this country desires is to see the neighboring
countries stable, orderly, and prosperous. Any country whose
people conduct themselves well can count upon our hearty
friendship. If a nation shows that it knows how to act with
reasonable efficiency and decency in social and political
matters, if it keeps order and pays its obligations, it
need fear no interference from the United States. Chronic
wrongdoing, or an impotence which results in a general
loosening of the ties of civilized society, may in America,
as elsewhere, ultimately require intervention by some
civilized nation, and in the Western Hemisphere the
adherence of the United States to the Monroe Doctrine may
force the United States, however reluctantly, in flagrant
cases of such wrongdoing or impotence, to the exercise of
an international police power. - The Roosevelt Corollary

Oh. You think that's how it happened?

SK bucked Trump's belligerence. While he was tweeting threats, SK
went visibly to work to make peace with Kim. Talked the IOC into
letting NK athletes into the games, even.

Trump is buddying up with Kim now because they've turned his
buffoonish foreign policy on its head.

Trump messed up. Now he has to do something to get US power firmed
back up over there or has to effectively cede SK to the Chinese sphere
in the long term.

The next day, Sarah said the US had "made no concessions" and added
that the North Koreans would have to make concessions. Trump started
backing out the very next day.

Leading from behind? 'Cause SK, China, Europe and, well, most
everybody else had already warmed towards NK.

From the start of the Cold War in 1947 until the Wall came down in
1989 was 42 years. The Democrats controlled the Congress for 38 of
those 42 years having a filibuster proof Senate for ten of them. In
fairness, he GOP had the House for 6 years. The Presidency was split,
but it was Dems who ran the US government from just after the Great
Depression and got to win WW II and shepherd the United States to the
most exaltedl place any nation ever attained.

And you still vote Republican.

Wrong... That was a fixed election with the Unions being brought into
line for Kennedy. It still was a loss until a whole bunch of Dead

Your damned right they did..You fucking idiot... It was necessary to
shore up the farmers prices. Some of us suck up bread and veggies and
are not shitty dick slurpers like you. You are aware that the Democrats
not only suggested this but backed it wholeheartedly.

You're a shitty dick sucking idiot. Nixon and Cohen were Wisconsin's
