I was found to have Hepatitis B virus 4 years ago. My doctor back
then told me the virus amount on me is so low that I don't even have
to worry about it. From then to now, I almost had blood test every
year when I was with different doctors. But they didn't my Hepatitis
is speading.

My recent Hepatitis B result from Quest Diagnostics made me a little
nervous. How can I make out of these results?

HB S AG Reactive
HB CORE AB, Total Reactive
Hepatitis B Surface AB, QL Non Reactive

Hepatitis B Virus DNA 3000 H (Out Of Range)
Its reference range is <100 IU/mL

Hepatitis B Virus DNA 6066 H (Out Of Range)
Its reference range is <160 copies/mL

So you can see the DNA numbers are way out of range. If you're an
Heptitis doctor, could you tell me what this indicates while I'm
searching for a good specialist to set up a visit? Thanks.

It looks like you have chronic hepatitis B. The viral
load numbers look fairly low. I'm a family physician but think you
should consult with either an infectuous disease specialist or a
gastroenterologist with an interest in hepatitis.
