My wife and I have enjoyed fantasizing to scenes from our porn collection during our sexual encounters for a number of years. I began noticing that scenes of threesomes (two women and one man, not the other way around) seem to arouse her to orgasm on a more frequent basis. I've brought up the idea of bringing a third person to join us, but it usually ends up in a negative discussion. She says that fantasy is one thing while actually doing it would be wrong. How do I help her through these feelings and continue to encourage her to fulfill an obvious fantasy?
Jake
While virtually everyone has sexual fantasies, not everyone has the intention of fulfilling them. That said, your wife may just need a little convincing. Here's what you do.
The next time you're having sex, without the aid of porn, and she is thoroughly enjoying it, ask her if she'd like it if another woman did such and such a thing to her (something you've noticed gets her excited) while you penetrate her. In the heat of the moment, she will likely react positively, and play into this familiar fantasy. Over the course of your next few lovemaking sessions, get her to talk openly about this fantasy that you both share. After a while, it will seem like a part of your joint sexuality. Once this happens, bring up the idea of introducing a real third party into the mix. Chances are, she'll be more open to it.
Tell her that if you are both willing, there is nothing inherently "wrong" with engaging in a threesome. The next step is to set the ground rules for the threesome -- to figure out what they are, check out the AskMen.com Pick-Up & Sex Guide. Also, remember to assure her that this will not open the door to cheating of any kind -- and mean it.

calories in semen
Are there any facts or information about the nutritional value of semen? I've heard that it has some protein, among other things. I've been trying to find this information out so that I could send it to my girlfriend, who's on a diet.

The average ejaculate contains a negligible five to 25 calories, and is made up mostly of protein, sugars, water, vitamin C, and zinc. Ingesting it has little if not zero effect on one's diet.

vasectomy
I underwent a vasectomy several years ago, while I was still with my ex-wife. When I remarried, I had it reversed, as I wanted to start a family with my wife. We have been trying to conceive for months and I am unable to get her pregnant. She has been to a doctor, and he says that she's perfectly healthy and fertile. Do you think that the problem could have something to do with my operation?
Curtis
Unfortunately, your vasectomy may be to blame.
A recent study conducted at Queen's University at Belfast, has shown that men who have had vasectomies -- that operation which renders a man unable to father children by blocking the tubes through which the sperm reaches the semen -- and have had them reversed, produce less sperm and have a lower success rate when their partners undergo fertility treatments, than men who have not undergone the surgery.
The study found that men who had had the operation, produced one third less sperm than those who had not had the operation. They also found that their success rate for male infertility treatments was 50% lower.
The reasons for this have yet to be understood by the medical community at large.
