You dont undrstand the pic do you ?
a 600 cubic inch cylinder full of water is injected with 10 cubic inch
steam at 650 psi.
( water rocket )
the slide vane rotor has 1 square inch of vane blocking the exit for
the water. Its 12 inch from the center of te rotor it was pushed out
of.
As soon as 650 psi is on the water its on the rotor vane so thats 650
foot pounds of tourk.
15 revolutions per second rotor from a 1 second liquid piston stroke.

It is 1/100th the old steam piston engines steam per second...allso less

It looks like a thermal short.
The steam condenses on the cylinder walls, the pressure drops and the
power density and efficiency are very low.
The cylinder walls must have a very low diffusivity, i.e., low thermal
conductivity and low heat capacity.
