Seeking model intergenerational garden programs with curriculum resources

I know there are several intergenerational garden programs across the country, but do you happen to know if there are any curriculum/educational resources for educators to teach both young and old together? 

If so, please respond to myself and Kelsey Wulf (copied here).

Garden Mosaics is a science, environmental, and garden education program that combines intergenerational mentoring, community action, and understanding different cultures. Activities take place in community gardens, neighborhoods, and home and school gardens. Youth learn from community gardeners who share their practices, cultural backgrounds, and wisdom.
