Unable to import shared roles

Here I'm trying to Synchronizing shared roles inorder to make use of pre-built Images that are provided by Scalr for use on Public Clouds including AWS and GCE. I have sent the whitelist request fot approval two week before. And I do get a mail conformation mail from the scalr team as

" Hi Praveen Kumar,

Thank you for your whitelist request. You have been approved!

Any further whitelisting requests we receive from you will be automatically approved. "

but when I'm trying to run the sync script :  /opt/scalr-server/embedded/bin/php /opt/scalr-server/embedded/scalr/app/tools/sync_shared_roles.php


it's throwing me the error stating that 


"Unable to import shared roles: Unrecognized setup: update denied. Please use this form http://hub.am/1fDAc2B to be whitelisted.praveengogula@praveengogula:~$"

This may indicate that we need to complete processing of your whitelisting request manually.  Can you please share your installation ID here so that we may verify it is in the system properly?

We have confirmed this installation ID is now whitelisted.  You should be able to Sync the Shared Roles correctly now.

Hi folks, I'm also having the same issue. Despite of the confirmation e-mail I'm still getting the exact same error. Does anybody knows what could it be? How long does it take for the whitelisting to really occur?
