Issues while trying to Importing a non-Scalr Server (EC2)

Hi,

i'm trying to use the "import a non-scalr server" feature to import several EC2 instances but they're all getting stuck on the 'scalarizr --import -y -o server-id' command. 

I'm using scalarizr version  4.11.7

Also, a result, the image creation process isn't able to establish outbound communication so the create role process fails. 

Would love the community's thoughts on how best to resolve it.

Hi Harry,

It sounds like this may be due to communication issues between Scalr and the Scalarizr agent.  Can you please ensure that you have followed all of the Required Networking Configuration for Scalr?  If issues persist, a full copy of your logs will be useful for investigations.
