So I have been following the instructions on the https://scalr-wiki.atlassian.net/wiki/display/docs/RECOMMENDED+-+Installing+with+Packages

I get a Chef Error from the /opt/scalr-server/bin/scalr-server-ctl reconfigure 




I am not sure how to proceed from this onwards.
