AWS Detailed Billing setup

I had the detailed billing enabled previously for Cloudcheckr and it's creating the files properly in the bucket so all I had to do was enable the correct tags for Scalr.

However when trying to save the AWS keys and filling in the Detailed billing information it responds with;

Here is my bucket list;

So I'm a bit stumped.
