Can we set lease management to "suspend", rather than "terminate" instances?

I know the users will be emailed prior to the the expiration of the lease, but I'm building a survey for my user asking them "What kind of a lease can you live with?"  I think the answer will come back..... "Any lease the doesn't terminate my work."

I'm also looking at a way to use Zapier to sent a message in Slack chat prior to lease expiry, but that's for another day.
