Scalr Proxy Settings

Hi, 

I'm working on the community version of the software version 5.11

I am running into an issue where I cannot access my AWS or GC consoles from Scalr. I am behind a proxy and think this may be what's prohibiting me.

Does anyone know where I can set proxy information in Scalr conig files?
