scalaz 7.1.6 released

scalaz 7.1.6 released.

"org.scalaz" %% "scalaz-core" % "7.1.6"

for Scala binary versions 2.9.3, 2.10, 2.11 and 2.12.0-M3.

Thanks to all contributors. 

This is 6th maintenance release for the 7.1.x series. It's a drop-in replacement for 7.1.0, 7.1.1, 7.1.2, 7.1.3, 7.1.4 and 7.1.5 which is fully binary backwards compatible (tested with MiMa).
