[scalaz-stream] publish artefacts on Sonatype?

Hi,

Would that be possible to also publish the scalaz-stream artefacts on Sonatype?

This will help users relying on it, sometimes transitively (as in the next version of specs2), to get access to the jars by default.

I know the Sonatype publishing process is not the most obvious one but if you (Paul?) are willing to go this way, I can help by making a PR.
