scalaz 7.0.9 released

Hi everyone.

scalaz 7.0.9 released.

"org.scalaz" %% "scalaz-core" % "7.0.9"

for Scala binary versions 2.9.2, 2.9.3, 2.10, 2.11 and 2.12.0-M4.

Thanks to all contributors. 
This is 9th maintenance release for the 7.0.x series. It's a drop-in replacement for other 7.0.x which is fully binary backwards compatible (tested with MiMa).
