scalaz 7.1.16 released

scalaz 7.1.16 released!

"org.scalaz" %% "scalaz-core" % "7.1.16"

for Scala binary versions 2.9.3, 2.10, 2.11, 2.12 and 2.13.0-M2.

Thanks to all contributors. 
This is 16th maintenance release for the 7.1.x series.
It's a drop-in replacement for 7.1.0 to 7.1.15 which is fully binary backwards compatible (tested with MiMa).
