scalaz 7.2.8 released

Hi everyone.
 
scalaz 7.2.8 released!

"org.scalaz" %% "scalaz-core" % "7.2.8"

for Scala binary versions 2.10, 2.11 and 2.12.

Thanks to all contributors. 
This is second maintenance release for the 7.2.x series.
It's a drop-in replacement for 7.2.0 to 7.2.7 which is fully binary backwards compatible (tested with MiMa).
