scalaz 7.3.0-M1 released

Hi everyone.

I just released first milestone of scalaz 7.3 for Scala binary versions 2.10.x, 2.11.x and 2.12.0-M3.

"org.scalaz" %% "scalaz-core" % "7.3.0-M1"

This is NOT binary compatible with 7.2.x.

The key features of this release are
- drop Java7 support
- use Java8 Backend https://github.com/scala/make-release-notes/blob/9cfbdc8c/experimental-backend.md#emitting-java-8-style-lambdas
