scalaz 7.1.9 released

scalaz 7.1.9 released!

"org.scalaz" %% "scalaz-core" % "7.1.9"

for Scala binary versions 2.9.3, 2.10, 2.11 and 2.12.0-M5.

Thanks to all contributors. 
This is 8th maintenance release for the 7.1.x series. It's a drop-in replacement for other 7.1.x which is fully binary backwards compatible (tested with MiMa).
